EDIA</a>\nSTRATEGIC SESSION TO RECONCEPTUALIZE HOW WE COMMUNICATE THE BLUE
ECONOMY RECONNECTING SOCIETY WITH THE SEA The blue economy is generating
 a huge diversity of projects\, knowledge\, innovation\, professions\, and
opportunities related to the Sea. However\, much of this reality remains u
nknown to the general public. Innovation and technology\, research and sci
 entific dissemination\, ports\, fishing\, boating\, shipbuilding and refit
 ting\, biotechnology\, marine energies\, tourism\, culture and maritime he
ritage\, navigation\, water sports\, or ecosystem conservation are very di
fferent realities that share the same space: the Sea. The challenge is how
we can explain all this complexity and convey it to a society where audie
nces are increasingly fragmented and traditional media coexist with social
  networks\, digital platforms\, podcasts\, streaming\, content creators\,
and new communities. This Systemic Change Workshop driven by A Bordo Lab a
ims to put these two ecosystems in dialogue —blue economy and media— a
nd collectively explore how we can build new ways to explain\, share\, and
bring the Sea closer to all of society. It's not just about communicating
more about the blue economy. It's about rethinking what we explain\, who
explains it\, how we explain it\, in what formats\, through which channels
\, and to which communities we want to reach. A SYSTEMIC APPROACH TO COMMU
NICATION Many of the stories of the blue economy continue to circulate wit
hin their own ecosystems: science speaks to science\, innovation to innova
tion\, boating to boating\, or environmental conservation to its own commu
nities. During the day\, we would like to explore how we can break these b
ubbles and generate new connections between content\, narratives\, formats
\, channels\, audiences\, and communities. We are interested in bringing t
 o the table the human stories behind The Sea\; scientific dissemination\;
 innovation projects\; [...]
